This listing includes a handmade card, with our original poem on front (the inside is left blank). A packet of forget me not flower seeds will be tucked inside the card. An envelope is also included, which matches the border of the card (other colors are available upon request).
The card is approximately 4" x 5" in size. The seed packet has planting instructions/tips on back.
*Please Note: The seed packet increases the thickness of the card, so if you are mailing it out to someone, it may require extra postage or hand sorting at the post office.
